Payslip Advice

Payroll have sent each employee emails with your self-service username, password and the link to log in (https://theavenueacademy.saafeducation.org/ , if anyone needs it). Your username will be “firstname.surname”, with the first name being your full legal first name that Payroll have on record.

If you have not received any or all of these emails please check your junk folder. For most people they will have gone to your home email, but for a few people who have not given a home email, it will be on your school email account.

When you put your password in, copy and paste it (ensuring there are no extra spaces) rather than typing it. Once you are in, you will need to set your own password and set up security questions.

If you have any issues logging in, or have not received your password, please email self-service on self-service@saafeducation.org.

You will not be emailed your payslip each month, so we strongly recommend adding the above link to your bookmarks / favourites for ease of access each month. Please be aware that it is each staff member’s responsibility to access and check your own payslips. The Admin team in school do not have access to an actual payslip for each member of staff and so cannot print them for you when you need it!

You will be able to access your previous payslips using the old RBC Self-Service system until the end of January. We would strongly advise going on there and printing your old payslips while you still have access. If you cannot access this, please contact the provider on employeeselfservice@reading.gov.uk  – Admin are not able to solve technical issues.

Please only contact Gemma in Admin if you have tried all of the options above and still have difficulties.
